The local tenders of Chkhorotsku municipality are won by the father and brother of Netstan Karchava, the mayor’s representative in Khabume village. At the same time, Karchavas have close relations with the mayor of Chkhorotsku - Dato Gagua. They have received tenders and simplified procurements worth of GEL 3,377,519 since 2011.
Transparency International Georgia analyzed administrative expenses of 9 state representatives in 2020, which in total amounted to GEL 5,182,978.
Four companies related to the public officials in Mestia municipality received subsidies worth GEL 769,729 in frames of the state program - Enterprise Georgia. Some of the subsidiary companies and their owners participate in state procurements. The total value of state procurements received by those companies summed up to GEL 300,856.
A member of Senaki City Council - Dato Adamia and his company - Dagi LTD won 87 tenders since 2011. The company also won 80 simplified procurements. The total value of the contracts summed up to GEL 6,779,143.
Khalibi LLC, a company co-owned by Ramaz Gujabidze – a business partner and friend of the Mayor of Poti, Gocha Kurdghelia, has received GEL 306,520 from public procurements since 2012.
Transparency International Georgia has evaluated the performance of the representative body of the Municipality of the City of Poti which was elected in 2017 – the City Council (hereinafter the City Council of Poti).
The companies whose shares are owned by Georgian MP Viktor Japaridze and his son, Otar Japaridze, are winning tenders. The total value of the contracts they have been awarded since 2018 amounts to GEL 6,264,688.
