The company - Georgian Stone LLC owned by the former head of Architecture Service of Kobuleti municipality - Badri Romanadze, continues to receive large profits from the procurements of Kobuleti municipality. 58% (GEL 5,837,734) of the income received from electronic tenders won by the company in 2020 come from the contracts awarded by Kobuleti City Hall.
There are 52 active N(N)LEs in 6 municipalities of Adjara (Batumi, Khelvachauri, Keda, Shuakhevi, Khulo, Kobuleti) that spend approximately GEL 3,444,517.35 per month, and GEL 41,334,208.2 per year on the remuneration of 6,991 employees.

The process of construction of an ice rink in Zugdidi, which started in 2007, has yet to be completed. During this period, the rink was built and dismantled twice and is supposed to be built for the third time this year. The total expenses incurred have amounted to GEL 7,996,496.
