By August 2026, 28 donors had transferred 861,750 GEL to "People's Power", a party that was artificially separated from "Georgian Dream" in 2022 and officially registered in March 2024. Among them are 21 individuals who had previously donated 1,969,169 GEL to "Georgian Dream", while 3 continue to finance both parties to this day. The material presented in the research once again confirms that "People's Power," an offshoot of "Georgian Dream," is part of Ivanishvili's power network.

Among the donors, a group representing Ivanishvili's inner circle emerged: business partners of his brother, Alexander Ivanishvili, and his cousin, Ucha Mamatsashvili, as well as representatives of joint-stock companies directly connected to Ivanishvili's family. In total, these individuals donated 381,000 GEL to "People's Power" between 2024 and 2026.

Among the donors is Archil Mamatsashvili, a representative of companies connected to Bidzina Ivanishvili and the General Director of "Joint-Stock Company Insurance Company Cartu". Archil Mamatsashvili donated 70,000 GEL to "People's Power" in 2025-2026, and previously donated 55,600 GEL to "Georgian Dream". "Insurance Company Cartu" has received up to 3.5 million GEL from government and municipal institutions through state procurements. Along with Archil Mamatsashvili, individuals connected to this joint-stock company (Ala Kakhniauri, Kakha Kobiashvili, Zaza Verdzeuli, Givi Lebanidze, Zurab Chachkhiani) have transferred 1 million GEL to "Georgian Dream". Archil Mamatsashvili is also a member of the supervisory board of "Joint-Stock Company ATU Holding," which is connected to Ivanishvili.

Giorgi Damenia, a business partner of Bidzina Ivanishvili's brother, Alexander Ivanishvili, in LLC "Tornado+", donated 120,000 GEL to "People's Power" in 2025-2026, having previously donated 170,000 GEL to "Georgian Dream". The company itself donated 85,000 GEL to Ivanishvili's party between 2016 and 2018.

Another major donor to "People's Power", Irakli Bekauri, is connected to Bidzina Ivanishvili's close circle; he is the General Director of LLC Bolero & Company, which is 100% owned by Vakhtang Karitchashvili, a business partner of Ivanishvili's cousin, Ucha Mamatsashvili. Karitchashvili is a citizen of both Georgia and Russia; his companies are among the top ten largest wine exporters from Georgia to Russia, and according to 2014-2024 data, he received 56 million GEL in subsidies from the Ministry of Agriculture. In 2026, prior to transferring 60,000 GEL to "People's Power", Irakli Bekauri donated 327,000 GEL to "Georgian Dream".

Another donor to "People's Power", Levan Getsadze, is connected to Irakli Bekauri and Vakhtang Karitchashvili; he frequently appears in Public Registry extracts as a representative of companies belonging to Ucha Mamatsashvili's business partners. For Getsadze, the 13,000 GEL donated to "People's Power" is his first political donation. For years, Levan Getsadze was the owner of LLC "Trezor", founded in 2019—this laboratory, located in the Dighomi Massif, conducts medical research and analyses. Shortly after its founding, the company began participating in state procurements and has received contracts worth up to 3.2 million GEL to date. Currently, the laboratory is owned by the American company Quest Biosciences LLC.

The trail of another major donor to "People's Power", Davit Balanchivadze, leads to Ucha Mamatsashvili in investigative media. In 2016-2017, Studio "Monitor" linked Balanchivadze's appointment as the executive director of RMG GOLD to Ucha Mamatsashvili's interests. It was in 2016 that Balanchivadze began making political donations in favor of "Georgian Dream"—to date, he has transferred 532,000 GEL to Ivanishvili's party, and in 2026, he transferred 60,000 GEL to "People's Power".

As previously noted, out of the 28 donors to "People's Power", 3 - Alexandre Tushuri, Mamuka Gogritchiani and Givi Gabunia - continue to finance the "Georgian Dream" as well. Together, the three transferred a total of 60,000 GEL to "People's Power" on December 11, 2025, and the exact same amount to Ivanishvili's party on February 18, 2026.

Among the donors is Giorgi Meskhi, who served as the director of the state-owned LLC "Sakspetstrans" from 2017 to 2020. His donations to the treasury of "People's Power" amounted to 58,000 GEL in 2024 - he had not made any political donations prior to 2024. While acting as the director of the state-owned company, Meskhi, alongside his business partner Giorgi Khujadze, founded the construction company "Hiteco Group". Currently, Meskhi is the 100% shareholder and director of the group. The company is building a multi-story hotel in Isani. Meskhi also owns a 33% stake in the company "Gonio Group".

Another donor to "People's Power", Guram Tetrashvili, is connected to a residential construction company in Tbilisi; he is the director of LLC "Georgia-Israel Business Group". The owner of this company, Besik Papismedov, is implementing several construction projects in Tbilisi. Similarly to Giorgi Meskhi, the 10,000 GEL transferred to "People's Power" marks Tetrashvili's first political donation.
