Out of 26 donors, 21 are longtime donors of Georgian Dream. Since 2020, they have already donated GEL 2.7 million to the party.

At the same time, companies linked to them have received:

• GEL 17.7 million in state contracts,
• GEL 1 million in agro-subsidies,
• GEL 749,000 from the Enterprise Georgia program,
• Construction permits for 85,000 sq.m. in Batumi, including for two skyscrapers.

Five co-owners of the construction materials company LLC “Nova” (Emzar and Ramaz Iremadze, Jemal Bolkvadze, Zviad Abuladze, and Jemal Antadze) have donated a total of GEL 1.12 million to the party since 2020.

LLC “Nova” has received the following from the state:

• GEL 16 million in procurement contracts since 2015: GEL 9.6 million through tenders + GEL 6.5 million through simplified procurement;
• GEL 669,000 in subsidies from the Enterprise Georgia program in 2015–2016.
