Giorgi Chelidze, who owns 18% of Woodmaster LLC, donated 40,000 GEL to the ruling party on August 15, 2024, after the adoption of the Russian Law. Between 2017 and 2020, he donated 180,000 GEL to Georgian Dream. Woodmaster LLC received a state subsidy of 52,000 GEL from Enterprise Georgia and acquired 13,000 sq.m. of land through direct privatization.

Chelidze also holds a 5% share in Meama LLC. The company has received 145,000 GEL from state contracts and 691,000 GEL from Enterprise Georgia. Additionally, it acquired 22,000 sq.m. of land through direct privatization. Tamaz Kharaidze, another co-owner of Meama LLC, donated 20,000 GEL to Georgian Dream.
