Giorgi Chelidze, who owns 18% of Woodmaster LLC [1], donated [2] 40,000 GEL to the ruling party on August 15, 2024, after the adoption of the Russian Law. Between 2017 and 2020, he donated [2] 180,000 GEL to Georgian Dream. Woodmaster LLC received a state subsidy of 52,000 GEL from Enterprise Georgia and acquired 13,000 sq.m. of land through direct privatization.

Chelidze also holds a 5% share in Meama LLC [3]. The company has received 145,000 GEL from state contracts and 691,000 GEL from Enterprise Georgia. Additionally, it acquired 22,000 sq.m. of land through direct privatization. Tamaz Kharaidze, another co-owner of Meama LLC, donated 20,000 GEL to Georgian Dream.
