We’ve created a database of state agencies’ contact information. The document contains the following information: 1. title of the agency; 2. website; 3. address; 4. hot line / telephone numbers; 5. person responsible for FOI; 6. telephone numbers of public relations and legal departments.

Because obtaining information from various state agencies is very important for qualitative reports produced by many organizations and individuals, we are making this document public so that everyone can have accurate contact information for state agencies. Together with the document there is a video about the procedures for submitting an FOI request.
