The board of TI Georgia, the accredited national chapter of Transparency International, and country's leading advocacy-based think tank, seeks an Executive Director based in Tbilisi. We are looking for a person with new ideas to lead a team of dynamic researchers and organizers through TI's new strategic direction. The ideal candidate will contribute to a spirit of teamwork and collaboration, foster an innovation and learning environment, have a talent for public speaking, have a strong understanding of political processes in Georgia and elsewhere, an ability and enthusiasm to engage with very different types of people, and an unfailing instinct for institutional priorities. Successful candidates will speak, read, and write fluent Georgian and English and have significant leadership experience of at least five years in a similar or relevant position.
