Shota Khabareli, a Georgian Dream representative in the Parliament of Georgia, did not disclose 4 pieces of real estate and 2 companies in his 2022 [1] asset declaration.

Since 2012, Khabareli has been a member of the Georgian Parliament and was among those who voted for the adoption of the Russian style law on ‘foreign agents’.

Shota Khabareli is in possession of 4 undeclared real estate properties:

1. Land plot in Dusheti municipality, village of Chanadirebi: 2108 sq.m [2]
2. Land plot in Kareli municipality, village of Dzvelijvari: 9465 sq.m [3]
3. Garage in Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue: 61.11 sq.m [4]
4. Apartment in Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue: 141 sq.m [5]

MP Khabareli also failed to declare two companies:

1. Olimpi LLC [6] - 33% share (management rights transferred to Mamuka Khabareli).
2. This company, in turn, owns the company Olymp Plus LLC [7] (100%), which is also not declared.

As a public official, Shota Khabareli is required to disclose all relevant information in her declaration. It's worth noting that in 2018, the Civil Service Bureau found [8] violations in Khabareli’s asset declaration.

Transparency International Georgia calls on the Anti-Corruption Bureau to look into Khabareli’s asset declaration and respond to violations in accordance with the law.
