About an hour ago TV9 reported a new and very disturbing piece of footage which shows inmates being tortured in Gldani Prison #8.

Transparency International Georgia condemns this act, and expresses its extreme indignation over this shocking piece of evidence, which requires an immediate and adequate response from the government.
