Levan joined Transparency International Georgia in January 2012 and currently leads politica finance monitoring project.

Levan holds bachelors and masters degrees in international relations from Tbilisi State University. In 2010, Levan received E. Muskie scholarship from the department of state of the US and studied in University of Kentucky, School of Diplomacy and International Commerce where he obtained a masters degree.

Levan also reads lectures at Tbilisi State University. He has worked in the parliament of Georgia, National Democratic Institute (NDI), and has read lectures and written analytical essays for different magazines.
