Since 2001 Eka had been working as an accountant for USAID funded organization - National Democratic Institute (NDI).  She is Financial and Administrative Manager at Transparency International Georgia from 2004. She took courses on business administration at Caucasus School of Business, and took a course of business law and accounting at Caucasus Academy Center and obtained various organizational and financial skills during her working experience.
