The term of the initial agreement is 12 January, 2010 to June 30, 2010, for a fee of USD 300,000. The agreement will automatically renew for the period 1 July, 2010 to 31 December, 2010 with both parties agreeing to meet in May 2010 to discuss the scope of work and fees.

The Podesta Group provides lobbying, government relations, public relations and media management services to Georgia, which services shall consist of those ordinary and customary provided in representing a foreign sovereign before the United States Congress, the Executive Branch, and the media. The team will be led by John Anderson and Molly McKew.
